What time do you open, and when are you closed?
Lo Storico is open every evening from 18:30, except Tuesday. We close at 22:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and at 22:30 from Friday to Sunday.
How do I book a table?
Ask for a table through the form on this site, at any time, or call us on 091 980 02 01. The room is small, so it’s always worth booking; for the same evening, it’s best to phone.
Where can I park, and how do I get there by bus?
For Lo Storico, there’s parking at the Scuole Comunali di Pazzallo, 300 metres away, or in the small car park a stone’s throw from the square. By bus: line 434 to the Pazzallo, Paese stop.
Can we eat outside?
In summer you can also eat outside, at the tables on Piazza della Comunità, under the parasols. When you book, tell us if you’d like to sit outside.
How is your dough made?
Our dough begins with a biga, a pre-ferment, and goes through a double fermentation: the result is a contemporary pizza with a high crust.
