Pierre Davide

“To make pizzas that said who I am, with consistency and respect for the craft.”

Pierre Davide has his roots in Avellino; his love of dough, he says, goes back to when he was a boy, at his grandmother’s side.

Since 25 March 2022 he has been putting it into the pizzas at Lo Storico.

Book before you come up to Pazzallo.

The room is small: you can ask for a table here at any hour. For tonight, it’s best to call.
